Privacy
Coastmark is a validation-stage public-record research service. The current site has no customer accounts, document uploads, or client-record intake.

Information processed
If you email Coastmark or request a briefing, Coastmark receives the contact details and message you provide. Website infrastructure may also process ordinary security and access-log information such as an IP address, device or browser information, requested page, and time.
Google Calendar
The booking link opens Google Calendar. Information submitted there is also processed by Google under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not include confidential, privileged, entry-level, or supplier records in a booking form.
Use, sharing, and retention
Coastmark uses inquiry information to respond, schedule a meeting, assess research fit, protect the site, and maintain a business record. It may be processed by hosting, email, and scheduling providers. Coastmark does not sell inquiry information. During this validation stage there is no fixed retention schedule: inquiry records may remain in email, calendar, hosting, or security logs until they are manually reviewed, no longer reasonably needed, or must be retained for a legal, dispute, or security purpose.
Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email devk@coastmark.ai. Coastmark may need enough information to verify and complete the request and will make a reasonable manual effort to do so. Immediate deletion from provider backups or legally preserved records cannot be promised.
